Dan has spoken to audiences across the United States and internationally, sharing tools that help leaders gain clarity, regain control, and build businesses that create wealth, opportunity, and personal freedom. After a medical emergency in 2025 forced him to evaluate the risks owners face, Dan deepened his commitment to documenting his systems and helping leaders build companies that work with or without them.
Randy Gunter
Randy is an entrepreneur with an expertise in marketing. He founded and ran the Gunter Agency for twenty years, an award-winning, multi-million dollar advertising agency. His firm worked on national and international projects for companies that include Firestone, John Deere, Kimberly-Clark, Oscar Mayer, Rayovac and other well-known brands.
He switched gears ten years ago when he and his wife acquired a 100-year-old brand and ventured into the manufacturing and distribution business. Prior to their ownership, that brand had been experiencing ongoing decreases in annual sales. Within the first year they were showing profits and substantial growth and within five years had doubled the annual sales.
Today, Randy mainly works as the CMO with his wife in their company, but still gets involved with select companies to develop branding programs, marketing strategies, and sales plans.
